Get the state into the 21st century but banning smoking in all public places. Save the health of the workers and of the patrons.

Wordsmythe, can you cite a single study that shows any harm to workers or patrons from the low levels of smoke that would normally be encountered in any decently ventilated Free Choice bar or restaurant today?  Note: a study showing harm.  Not a press release. Not a statement by an "important person." Not a study about levels of things in the air. Not a study showing harm from gas-chamber type concentrations of smoke.  Not a study with built in deficiencies, biases, and distortions designed to force a misleading result. Just a real, honest study of real, verifiable, harm done to normal people from normal levels of smoke in well-ventilated businesses. . . . .

I can save you some time if you like.  You won't be able to find one.  But if you DO think you've found one, come back and post it here.  I'll try to stop back. . . . .
